By downloading, accessing, or using the Yovana mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

App Features
Yovana allows you to customize your profile, monitor engagement metrics like likes and favorites, and manage your preferences through the in-app settings menu. Features may change over time to improve the experience.
Updates and Availability
We may update the app periodically. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

All trademarks, logos, and content provided by Yovana are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Yovana is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Yovana at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yovana operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Local mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
